Why hire a web design company in Chittagong?

How we work: sample first, payment last

1. Tell us about your business. A short WhatsApp chat is enough. Send whatever you have: your logo, a few photos, your Facebook page or your price list.
2. We build a free sample. It is usually ready within a few days and opens on its own web address, such as yourshop.aristobuild.com. It is a real site you can tap through, not a picture, so you can open it on your phone and share it with your partner or family before you decide.
3. We refine it together. Tell us what to change, in Bangla or English, and we adjust the sample.
4. You pay only if you love it, then we launch. Your site goes live on your own domain. A full launch usually takes one to three weeks, depending on size. If the sample is not right for you, you walk away and owe nothing.
5. We keep it running, if you want. The optional care plan covers hosting, updates, security, backups and small content changes for ৳4,999 a month.

How to choose a web designer in Chittagong

Whoever you hire, us or anyone else, these questions protect your money. A good designer answers all of them happily and in writing.

1. Can I see work I can open on my phone? Ask for live links, not screenshots, and open them on mobile data to see how fast they load.
2. What exactly is included? The number of pages, who writes the words, how many rounds of changes and what counts as extra.
3. What will I pay every year after launch? Domain and hosting renew every year, and the renewal price is often higher than the first-year deal. Ask for both.
4. Whose name is the domain in? It should be yours, and you should get the logins.
5. How much do I pay before I see anything? Know this before you agree to start.
6. Who will I talk to, and how fast do they reply? Send a WhatsApp message and see. How a studio answers before you pay is the best preview of how it answers after.
7. When does the clock start? Many studios count the timeline from the day you send your words and photos, not the day you agree.
8. What happens when something breaks after launch? Ask whether fixes are included for a while or covered by a monthly plan, and what that costs.

Red flags

• A big payment before you have seen any design. Paying half up front is common in Bangladesh, and plenty of honest studios work that way, but it puts the risk on you. If you do pay an advance, get the scope, the deadline and what happens if you are unhappy in writing first.
• A price far below everyone else's. Offers of around ৳5,000 to ৳10,000 are usually ready-made templates from hosting companies. That can be a fine start, as long as you know that is what you are buying.
• Guaranteed first page on Google, or guaranteed sales. Nobody controls Google. A designer can build a site Google reads easily, but no one can promise the result.
• The domain or hosting in the designer's name. If you part ways, you could lose your web address.
• Only mockups, never a working link. A picture hides slow loading and broken buttons on a phone.
• Vague answers about cost. “We will discuss it later” can mean a bigger bill later.
